Our head baker Ben ran Warmley Bakehouse for several years until it sadly closed in early 2024.
After discussions with Ben, it was clear he no longer wanted to be a business owner but still had his passion for baking, and so, the Market Bakehouse was born!

Ben is an experienced and creative baker who takes pride in his work and bakes with care so we have no intention of breaking something that doesn’t need fixing.
He uses traditional baking methods with a little modern magic added now and again to create beautifully crafted loaves, rolls and speciality breads.

No preservatives or dough improvers are used in our bakes and we use local suppliers and recyclable packaging wherever possible
